We were founded in 2004 to provide excellence in eyecare. Our practice is based on excellent customer service and we will not be happy until you are with your new spectacles or contact lenses.

Andrew Godfrey has been president of the Optometrists Association Australia, Western Australian Division for the past 3 years. He is accomplished in complex contact lens fittings and specialises in getting things right where other people have failed.

Dr Jean-Pierre Guillon has a particular interest areas are children's vision especially dyslexia and helping both adults and children to use both eyes together. He received his PhD for researching the tear film and is the inventor of the tearscope.

Mark McGorlick is our technical manager who makes all of our spectacles. Mark worked for many years at Lions Optics in Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital before becoming a partner at Eye5.

Our Optometrists also work at the Lions Eye Institute and have comprehensive knowledge of refractive surgery (LASIK) and the correction of vision after eye surgery or when you have complicated sight problems.

We are an HBF preferred provider and have the HICAPS direct health fund claiming system.
